1. Click the Find a Report tile on the GEMS Homepage.
2. Type Change Report into the search field and click Search. The different Business Entity Change Reports based on location will now be listed. Click the Description of the relevant report that you would like to launch.
3. The Change Report template will be launched. Click Next.
4. Type the name of the company you would like to include in the report into the Search For field. It will then appear in the Company section. Tick the checkbox and click Select Checked to move the company across to the Selected Company section.
5. Once all companies you would like to include in the report have been moved to the Selected Company section, click Next.
6. Select the Date From and the Date to, you will see all changes to the company(s) between these dates. Update other fields to suit formatting preference and Title preference. Click Next.
7. Tick the checkbox next to the Available Sections you would like to include in the Change Report. Once all relevant sections have been ticked, click Select >> to move them to Selected Sections. Click Next.
8. Move Available Fields by ticking the checkboxes of those fields you would like to order the report by and click Select>>. Once all fields have been moved to the section Order Report By, click Next.
9. Choose the format in which to export the report and click Launch Report.
