Add Multiple Appointments Using the Appointment Wizard
The Appointment Wizard enables you to either appoint an entity/person to multiple Business Entities or make multiple appointments to one Business Entity.
1. Click the Search button in the left menu to display the search bar.
2. Select Wizard from the drop-down list and enter Appointment in the Value: field. Click Search.
3. On the results list that is displayed, click the Appointment Wizard link to launch the Appointment Wizard.
4. Once the Appointment Wizard opens you will be walked through 6 steps to complete the appointments. For 1. Introduction, review the instructions and click Next.
4. Select the relevant Appointment Action from the drop-down list. For this example, we will select Appoint one official to multiple business entities.
5. For 2. Appointment Type, select the relevant Appointment Action from the drop-down list. For this example, we will select Appoint one official to multiple business entities.
6. Update the mandatory Appointment Type field. In this example, we will select Director.
7. Complete other fields as needed then, click Next.
8. For 3. Select Entity or Person. Then, click Next. In this example, we will select Bernadette Smith.
9. For 4. Select Entity(s), locate the Search For field and enter the name of each Business Entity you want to select. Then, click Search. In this example, we will search for the entity International Training LTD.
10. Once the Business Entity appears in the Business Entity(s) section, tick the checkbox next to the Business Entity name and click Select>> to move it across to the Selected Business Entity(s) section.
11. Once you have finished selecting all of your entities, click Next. In this example, we have selected four different business entities.
12. For 5. Appointment(s) a list of records will appear based on the entities you selected. If you need to edit any of the information in the record, select Edit to open the appointment.
i) Alternatively, you can click Remove if you no longer want that person to be appointed.
13. Edit the appointment, as needed. Make sure all mandatory fields are complete, then, click Save.
14. Once you have returned to the Appointment(s) screen click Next.
15. For 6. Finish, review the instructions and click Finish.
16. To view these appointments, navigate to the Business Entity snapshot >View More Details >Appointments.
