Introduction
Through the Orders Hub, GEMS clients who have agreements with Computershare's Managed Services and Registered Agent services can make requests of those teams.
Place an Order
Orders for Computershare's Managed Services and Registered Agent teams are placed through the Orders Hub within GEMS.
1. Locate and select the Orders Hub from the Hub Toolbar on the left side of any GEMS page.
2. By default, the order options available are for the Managed Services team. To switch to options available for the Registered Agent team, click the Registered Agent tab.
3. Select the service you wish to order.
4. Complete the fields as prompted, then click Submit.
If you do not see the service you need on the Orders Hub, click Get in Touch. You can then provide details and documents relating to the service you need.
