Trigger E-Filing Forms

The following Electronic Filing forms are automatically triggered and added to the Activities section when specific changes are made in GEMS.

  • AP02 – Triggered by the Appointment of a Corporate Director

  • AP04 - Triggered by the Appointment of Corporate Secretary

  • AD02 – Triggered by adding a single alternative inspection location (SAIL)

  • AD04 – Triggered automatically by the change of location of the company records to the registered office

  • TM01 – Triggered by the resignation of a Director appointment

  • CH01 – Triggered by the change of Name, Residential Address or Service Address details of a Director

  • CH03 - Triggered by the change of Name, Residential Address or Service Address details of a Secretary

  • SH01 – Triggered when new shares are issued e.g Allotment of Shares

  • LLAP02 – Triggered by the appointment of a corporate member of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

  • LLCH01 – Triggered by the change of Name, Residential Address or Service Address details of a member of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

  • AP01 – Triggered by the appointment of a Director

  • AP03 - Triggered by the appointment of Secretary

  • AD01 - Triggered by the change of Registered Office Address

  • AD03 - Triggered by the change of location of the company records to the single alternative inspection location (SAIL)

  • AA01 - Triggered by the change of accounting reference date

  • TM02 - Triggered by the resignation of a Secretary appointment

  • CH02 - Triggered by the change of legal details, registered or principal office address details of a Corporate Director

  • CH04 - Triggered by the change of legal details, registered or principal office address details of a Corporate Secretary

  • LLAP01 - Triggered by the appointment of a member of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

  • LLTM01 - Triggered by the resignation of appointment of member of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

  • LLCH02 - Triggered by the change of details of a corporate member of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
