Create a B2 Form

1. Update the Registered Office Address from the Business Entity/Company/Non-Affiliate Snapshot, this will trigger the Compliance Tracker to create a New Activity IE - Change of Registered Office Address in Activity Overview.

2. From the Hub toolbar click Activities

3. Click the To-Do List button.

4. Click the Generate icon to launch the Filing Module.

5. A Filing Module will appear in a pop-up.

6. Select Appointment Details in the navigation window, scroll to the bottom of the pane and click Edit, tick The Company Confirms that the person named above has consented to act as a Director of the company check-box.

7. Click Validate. This will check that the form has all data required.

8. If the Validation Failed, a pop-up will appear mapping out all the areas that need updating.

9. Once the Errors have been updated you can click Validate again. A Validation Successful [Filing Method - Electronic] pop-up will appear.

10. Click Submit to file the B2 Form with CRO.
