Once you've opened a chart, you may need to zoom in or out and move the viewing area to see a particular section, particularly with large, complex charts. Charts in GEMS can be easily navigated with just your mouse or touchpad.
Zoom in or out of a chart with your mouse's scroll wheel.
If your mouse does not have a scroll wheel, click the Zoom icon on the left toolbar to open a menu with various zoom options.
Click and drag anywhere outside the chart’s boxes to move the viewing area.
Alternatively, click and drag the blue square in the Overview window in the top right of the chart to move the viewing area.
