Introduction
Once a General, Ownership, or Contract Notification has been created, GEMS users need to be subscribed to it in order to receive emails. Administrators can open an existing Notification and subscribe other users.
Subscribe Users to a Notification
In the scenario below, we'll subscribe the user Robert Smith to the General Notification Appointments for Australian Entities.
1. From the Hub Toolbar, click Admin> Notification Management> Manage Notifications.
2. Locate the Notification you wish to subscribe users to, then click the Properties
icon to open the Notification's details.
3. Select Subscribers on the left side of the page.
4. Click Add Subscribers in the top right corner to open the Lookup List for GEMS users.
5. Locate and select the user you wish to subscribe to the Notification.
Tip: If you have several users you wish to subscribe to the Notification while on the user Lookup List, you can tick the checkboxes next to their names (or use the Select all displayed items checkbox at the bottom of the page), then click the Go button next to the Add Subscribers drop-down.
