Once you have found and reviewed the data you are interested in, you may want to export it for reference. Entity data can be exported in a variety of formats from either the Screens or the Snapshot.
Export data from a Screen
Data found on entity Screens can be exported as a CSV file. In the example below, we will export the data found on the Appointments Screen for the entity CL Support Inc.
1. Navigate to your desired Screen. In our example, we’ll open the Appointments Screen.
2. Locate the Search Results pane, then click the Export button in the top right corner.
3. An export page opens. Click Export All Pages to Excel (CSV file) to download the CSV file to your computer.
Export data from Snapshot panels
Data displayed in Snapshot panels can be exported as a Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, or text file. In the example below, we will export the data found on the Appointments panel for the entity CL Support Inc.
1. Navigate to the entity Snapshot and locate the desired panel. In this example, we’ll locate the Appointments panel on the Snapshot for CL Support Inc.
2. Click the ACTIONS button in the top right corner of the panel, then select Export.
3. An Export as section appears at the top of the panel. Select your file format in the drop-down menu. In this example, we'll select Excel.
4. Click Export. A file in the format you selected in step 3 will be downloaded to your computer. In this example, the file format is Excel.
5. Locate the downloaded file on your computer and open it.
Export all Snapshot panels as a PDF
All Snapshot panels can be exported as a single PDF document via the Snapshot’s MENU button.
1. Navigate to the entity Snapshot and locate and select MENU in the top right corner, then click either Export to PDF (Landscape) or Export to PDF (Portrait) depending on which orientation you’d like the final PDF to be.
2. A panel with the PDF file opens. Click the Save icon to download the PDF to your computer.
