Tour a GEMS Entity Record
The GEMS Entity Record is built for efficiency and flexibility, offering a structured, easy-to-navigate experience with easy access to critical information.
An Entity Record is comprised of Screens which each hold complete current and historical data for specific categories.
Each Entity Record will have an Entity Snapshot which acts like a homepage or dashboard for the record. Each Snapshot contains multiple panels that display an overview of pertinent data and fields from its corresponding Screen.
Snapshot and Screens in GEMS
From an Entity Snapshot, to open a panel's Screen, click the category name in the panel header.
The Screen for that category will appear with additional details and data.
To view all available screens, from the entity’s Snapshot, click on VIEW MORE DETAILS. See animated example below.
