The GEMS Hub Toolbar provides quick access to frequently used GEMS functions.
1. Dashboards Hub | View interactive charts that display visual information based on reports, allowing users to click on parts of the charts to see detailed search results. |
2. Charting Hub | View and create organizational charts of all entities in the database, providing a visual representation of the organizational structure. |
3. Documents Hub | Search for and manage documents within the database, including adding new documents and searching for specific text within documents. |
4. Activities Hub | Manage entity compliance-related activities with the GEMS Compliance Tracker. Activities, tasks, and reminders can be created, assigned to specific users, then monitored and tracked to completion. |
5. Orders Hub | Provides a centralized location where clients who are subscribed to GEC or Registered Agent services users can place and track service orders. |
6. Admin Hub | GEMS Admin Users can manage users and configure GEMS database settings. |
