These tools do not consume GEMS AI tokens, so you can use them freely without impacting your monthly allocation.

Tools that process documents and data using advanced AI models come with a generous monthly token allowance included in your subscription.
We hope these tools can deliver measurable improvements in productivity, however as there is a processing cost to Computershare in providing them, where usage is of significant volume there are options to upgrade to increase the allocation.

How Do I Upgrade?
Upgrading your token plan is simple. You may contact your client support representative, or, if you are a GEMS Administrator, follow the below steps for self-service:
1. Open the Admin Hub and navigate to GEMS Administration> GEMS AI Token Management.
2. Choose the plan that suits your team’s needs.
Upgrades can be made at any time. Your new GEMS AI token balance will be available immediately upon upgrade.
How Will I Be Billed?
Billing is designed to be transparent and flexible.
Included Usage: Your subscription includes a monthly GEMS AI token allowance.
No Charges Until You Upgrade: You won’t be billed anything extra unless a GEMS Administrator opts into a paid plan.
No Hidden Fees: All charges are clearly outlined, and you’ll only pay for what you use.
