Delete data from Screens
In this scenario, we added data on Operating Hours to a Non-Affiliate Entity called Citibank Delaware Branch. However, this information was intended for a different entity, so we need to delete it from the Citibank Delaware Branch record.
1. Navigate to the Entity Snapshot and select VIEW MORE DETAILS.
2. In this example, we will open the Citibank Delaware Branch entity.
3. Locate and select the Screen that contains the data you would like to delete. In this scenario, we want to delete the operating hours information, therefore we will select the Operating Hours Screen.
4. The Screen will open. Locate the field of the data you want to delete and click the Properties icon. In this scenario, we will open the Properties for the Day field.
5. Click the Delete button.
6. A pane will appear asking you to confirm your wish to delete the details. Tick the box next to the data details and click Submit. In this scenario, we will tick the box for Delete Operating Hours.
Edit and delete data from the Basics Screen
In this scenario, we added an Email Address to the Basics Screen for a Non-Affiliate Entity Citibank Delaware Branch that is no longer in use, therefore we will need to delete the Email Address.
1. Navigate to the Entity Snapshot and click VIEW MORE DETAILS.
2. Select the Basics Screen.
3. The Basics Screen will appear, click EDIT.
4. Locate the field that requires editing or deletion and make your changes. In this scenario, we will delete the Email Address [email protected] from the field.
5. Once finished click SAVE.
