A GEMS AI Insights Agent is an intelligent assistant that provides in-depth analyses of your entities within seconds.
An Insights Agent with a Search type designation can be run from the Agents panel while any page in GEMS is open.
However, an Insights Agent with a Snapshot type designation can only be run while an entity Snapshot is open, since it only analyzes an open Snapshot.
Run a Search-type Insights Agent
In this scenario, we have been tasked with reviewing all our Business Entities for any missing or inconsistent data on the Basics Screen. Our GEMS database contains a Search-type Insights Agent called Company Basics Data Verifier that will perform this analysis, so we would like to run it.
1. Locate and click the GEMS AI icon from any page in GEMS.
2. The GEMS AI Assistant opens. Click the Agents icon.
3. The Agents panel opens. Locate and select the appropriate Insights Agent. In this scenario, we will select Company Basics Data Verifier.
4. The Insight Agent's answer will then appear within the panel. Enter any questions you have about the Insights Agent's answer in the prompt field and click the Send button.
In this scenario, the Insights Agent has informed us that there are duplicate records but didn't display the complete list, so we'll enter List all companies which appear to be duplicates.
5. Once finished, click the Close icon to exit the Insights Agent.
Run a Snapshot-type Insights Agent
In this scenario, we have been tasked with drafting a report on potential risks faced by the entity Computershare Inc. Our GEMS database contains a Snapshot-type Insights Agent called Company risk analysis that will perform this analysis on one entity, so we would like to run it for Computershare Inc.
1. Open the entity Snapshot that you would like the Insights Agent to analyze. In this scenario, we'll open Computershare Inc.
2. Locate and click the GEMS AI icon.
3. The GEMS AI Assistant opens. Click the Agents icon.
4. The Agents panel opens. Locate and select the appropriate Insights Agent. In this scenario, we will select Company risk analysis.
5. Enter any questions you have about the Insights Agent's answer in the prompt field and click the Send button. In this scenario, we'll enter Is this entity at risk of not meeting the state filing requirements?
6. Once finished, click the Close icon to exit the Insights Agent.
