A GEMS AI Insights Agent is an intelligent assistant that provides in-depth analyses of your entities within seconds.
Users can run an existing Insights Agent via the GEMS AI icon. Some Agents require the user to first open an entity Snapshot that they wish to analyze, though some can be run from any page in GEMS, depending on how they were created.
In this scenario, we are reviewing all our Business Entities for any missing or inconsistent data on the Basics Screen. Another user has created an Insights Agent that reviews this data called Company Basics Data Verifier, so we would like to run it.
1. Locate and select the GEMS AI icon.
2. Click the Agents icon within the GEMS AI Assistant panel.
3. Locate the appropriate Insights Agent within the GEMS AI Assistant panel on the right side of the page and note its label on the right side. In this scenario, we see Company Basics Data Verifier and a label of Search.
4. If the Insights Agent label you located in the previous step read Snapshot, open the Snapshot of an entity you wish to have analyzed. In this scenario, the label of our Insights Agent reads Search, so we can skip this step and proceed to step 5.
5. Click the Insights Agent's button to run it. In this scenario, we'll click Company Basics Data Verifier.
6. Review the initial answer provided by the Insights Agent. In this scenario, we see the Insights Agent has informed us of several duplicate records.
7. Enter any questions you have about the Agent's answer in the prompt field and click Send. In this scenario, since we learned that we have duplicate records in step 5 but don't have a complete list, we'll enter List all companies which appear to be duplicates.
8. Click the Close icon to exit the GEMS AI Assistant when you are finished asking questions of the Insights Agent.
