Introduction
Existing GEMS AI Insights Agents can be modified and deleted by Edit Users using the Agents' More Options icon.
Modify an Insights Agent
In this scenario, we have noticed that the Insights Agent Missing Parents does not provide a description of its purpose. We therefore need to modify its Description field.
1. Navigate to the Agents panel and locate the Insights Agent you wish to modify. In this scenario, we'll locate Missing Parents.
2. Click the More Options icon in the top right corner of the Insights Agent and select Edit.
3. Update the necessary fields then click Save. In this scenario, we'll update the Description field to read Identifies any companies who do not have any parent entities.
Delete an Insights Agent
In this scenario, we created an Insights Agent earlier called Risks for UK Companies. However, a team member already created an agent like this one, so we want to delete Risks for UK Companies to avoid confusion.
1. Navigate to the Agents panel and locate the Insights Agent you wish to delete. In this scenario, we'll locate Risks for UK Companies.
2. Click the More Options icon in the top right corner of the Insights Agent and select Delete.
3. Select Confirm.
Please note: The Insights Agents Entity snapshot timeline, Company risk analysis, and Red flag summary cannot be modified or deleted.
