You can export GEMS Activity and To-Do Item due dates, either individually or in bulk, as an iCalendar file (.ics) which can be added to an external calendar application.
In this scenario, we’ll export two Activities, ABC PLC Feb Board Meeting and New Bank 2, as iCalendar files.
1. Hover your cursor to the left of each Activity or To‑Do Item you want to export. When the checkbox appears, tick it. In this scenario, we’ll tick the checkboxes for the two Activities we wish to export.
2. After selecting all required items, select the Export icon.
3. Your iCalendar (.ics) files will download to your computer. From there, you can open and add them to your calendar.
