Introduction
The Registered Agent Homepage Tab displays the following data related to Computershare's Registered Agent services:
Service of Process details
Annual Returns and Reports deadlines and statuses
Government Documents related to Business Entities
Unit lists
United Agent Group locations and addresses
The Registered Agent Homepage Tab is found within the tab toolbar across the top of GEMS.
Data within the Registered Agent Homepage Tab is displayed in panels which contain tabs of their own, such as the Government Documents panel and its Domestic GovDocs tab seen below.
Please note: The Registered Agent Homepage Tab may not be available if you are not a Registered Agent client with Computershare. If you are a Registered Agent client and do not see the Homepage Tab, contact your GEMS Administrator or CES Support.
Find RA-related data on the Registered Agent Homepage Tab
In this scenario, we would like to find out if the 2026 Michigan annual report for MTF Development Corp has been filed. This is a foreign filing, as MTF Development Corp was formed in Delaware. Annual report details are found within the Annual Returns (Domestic & Foreign) panel on the Registered Agent Homepage Tab.
1. Select the Registered Agent Homepage Tab.
2. Locate the relevant panel. In this scenario, we will locate Annual Returns (Domestic & Foreign).
3. Select the appropriate tab within the panel if necessary. In this scenario, we will select Foreign Filings.
4. Locate the desired data. In this scenario, we will locate the row for MTF Development Corp's 2026 Michigan filing and note its Filing Status of Pending.
