Introduction
The Registered Agent Dashboard provides insights into all Registered Agent data throughout GEMS. It contains graphs and maps featuring:
Services of Process organized by type
Services of Process organized by date
Filings due in the past 180 days and upcoming in the next 180 days
The sum of fees for annual and transactional services provided by Computershare
the locations and amounts of domestic and foreign units
the locations and amounts of orders requested of Computershare
Users can double-click the sections of each graph and map to display the data in text form and with more details.
The Registered Agent Dashboard is accessed via the Dashboards Hub.
Please note: The Registered Agent Dashboard is only available to GEMS Administrators by default.
Find RA-related insights in the Registered Agent Dashboard
In this scenario, we are a GEMS Administrator who would like to view a graph displaying how many filings were due and are upcoming in the last and next 180 days. We would also like to view the details of the filings due in June 2026, specifically which companies they are related to. We can find this graph and data in the Registered Agent Dashboard.
1. From the Hub Toolbar, click Dashboards.
2. Select the Registered Agent Dashboard at the top of the page.
3. Locate the desired graph or map. In this scenario, we'll locate the Historical and Upcoming Filings (180 Days) graph.
4. Double-click any portion of the graph or map to see its data in text form. In this scenario, we'll click the June 2026 bar in the Historical and Upcoming Filings (180 Days) graph.
5. The data appears in a new panel with additional details. In this scenario, we'll note the names of the companies involved.
6. Click the Close button to return to the Dashboard.
