New: Users can now reset their password after account lockout
To reduce the administrative effort associated with locked user accounts, users can now securely reset their password following an account lockout by clicking Forgotten Your Password on the login page. This enhancement eliminates the need for administrators to manually unlock accounts after multiple unsuccessful login attempts.
GEMS Administrators can view whether an account is locked or not via a new Locked checkbox on a user's Basics Screen. They can also unlock the user themselves from this page.
Update: Automatically-generated Activities relating to records now process in the background
To improve performance when editing records that trigger the automatic creation of Activities, those Activities are now generated as a background process after a record is saved. This allows users to continue working in GEMS without waiting for workflow processing to complete, resulting in a smoother navigation experience.
Users can view the newly-created Activities in the Notifications area within GEMS.
New: Users Add/Update SuperAdmin Templates now available
To simplify user administration and reduce manual effort, a New User Add/Update Template is now available within SuperAdmin. This template enables Administrators to add multiple users and update existing user details through a single upload process.
The Template support updates to the user Basics Screen while applying validation checks to help ensure data consistency and accuracy.
