If you forget your GEMS password, you may reset it yourself from the Login Page.

1. From the Login Page, click the Forgotten Your Password link.

2. The GEMS Self-Service Password Reset Page is displayed. Enter your Client ID, Username, and email address in the fields provided and click the Submit Request button.

3. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you. Locate the email and click the link inside to open the password reset page in GEMS.

4. On the password reset page, GEMS will prompt you to set a permanent password. Enter your desired password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, then click SAVE.
