Restrict Business Entity visibility to current Internal Contacts

Introduction

Administrators can control user visibility of Business Entities (Companies) based on Internal Contact assignments. This feature is controlled within User Roles. When enabled on a given User Role, users assigned to that role can only access Business Entities where they are currently assigned as an Internal Contact.

Please note: This feature cannot be used to restrict an Edit User from modifying the entities they have access to. To restrict an Edit User from editing an entity, use the Access Levels feature of User Roles.
