Help your new users get up to speed in no time with our GEMS Basics Learning Journeys. No need to wait on scheduling instructor-led training. Users can jump in right away and track their progress at their own pace.
GEMS Basics Level 1 Fundamentals Learning Journey (Browse, Edit and Admin Users)
This self-paced eLearning will provide all users with the fundamentals needed to navigate GEMS, browse data and make use of GEMS AI.
If you are a Browse user, this is the only eLearning you will need to take.
GEMS Basics Level 2 Proficient Learning Journey (Edit and Admin Users)
This eLearning will enable Edit and Admin users to gain proficiency in managing the most common entity data tasks in GEMS.
GEMS Basics Level 5 Admin Proficient Learning Journey (Admin Users Only)
This eLearning will enable GEMS Admins to gain proficiency in overseeing key user management tasks in GEMS.
Completing these Learning Journeys will ensure new users acquire the skills needed to be proficient at GEMS.

Create a GEMS Academy account. (You just need an email and password.)
Sign in to explore available courses, Learning Journeys, webinar recordings, and more.
Once logged in, you can enroll in the courses that interest you. Your course progress will be tracked, so you can leave and pick back up anytime.
