Once you’ve determined a user’s access level, confirm it aligns with your organization’s license agreement, which defines permitted user counts and access types. Ensure the requested access fits within these limits.

1. From the Hub Toolbar, click the Admin Hub and select GEMS Settings> Product Information.

2. The Product Information Screen will open displaying your organization's License information and System Information. Review the information as needed.

The License information below provides an overview of your organization's licensed products, allocations, and usage.

You are responsible for working within these limits while ensuring users have the access they need.

The number of allocated licenses displays next to each license type.

The number of licenses currently assigned will be displayed in parentheses.

You will see two categories:

Each category displays the sum of allocated Browse Users. The numbers shown in parentheses reflects the total number of licenses currently assigned.

These licenses are typically limited and more tightly controlled because they allow direct changes to company data.

These licenses have specialized editing capabilities specific to the Charting feature in GEMS. Only assign to users who will actively work with Charting Tool formatting.
