Accessing the Compliance Tracker
The Activities Hub in GEMS is where users can access the Compliance Tracker to provide an overview of either current or closed Activities and To-Do Items that involve the user as either an Owner or Assignee.
Accessing Activities and To-Do Items via the Home Hub
Activities and To-Do Items can also be viewed and opened via the Activities and To-Do Items icons on the Home Hub.
The Activities icon opens a list of Activities for which the user is either an Owner or Assignee.
The Activity Titles can then be clicked to view further details.
Individual To-Do Items can be viewed by clicking the To-Do Items icon.
The individual Activity Titles can then be clicked to gain access to more information on the relevant To-Do Items.
