A dedicated Activity Search is available from within the Search Hub.
Please note: As this information is available as a Search within GEMS, the data contained can be used in a variety of other GEMS functions e.g. GEMS Dashboards, GEMS Charting, Access Levels & GEMS Homepage Tabs.
Using the Search Hub, users can easily Search across the GEMS database for either Activities or To-Do items. Including items that are assigned to other users.
Users can also bring in unique Search fields such as “Activity % Complete” & and “Total # To-Do items” which are not available from within the Compliance Tracker.
Please note: As in other areas within GEMS, data can be drilled down into further e.g. viewing user information related to To-Do Items.
