Types of Users in GEMS

There are three types of GEMS Users.

Browse Users can view-only with export capabilities.

Edit Users are standard operational users. They can update data, add and delete data.

An Admin User Role can be applied to an Edit User. When this role is applied, the user receives additional privileges that grant access to the Administration Hub. This allows them to carry out system‑level configuration, including modifying customisations and making database‑wide changes.
