To save a chart that has been created or launched, do the following:
Click the Save icon on the Charting Toolbar.
On the submenu that appears after clicking the Save icon, click Save if this chart is a newly created chart or a Saved Chart that is being updated. Click Save As if this chart is an existing Saved Chart that needs to be saved as a new Saved Chart.
On the Save Chart screen that appears, enter a name for the chart in the “Name” field, or leave the default name in the field.
The “Description” field can be used to provide an optional description of the chart.
By default, Saved Charts are public and accessible to all GEMS users. To make a Saved Chart private and visible only to the user who created it, click the checkbox in the “Private” field. Otherwise, leave the “Public” checkbox selected to allow all users to utilize the Saved Chart.
To cancel the saving process, click the Cancel button; otherwise, to save the chart, click Accept & Save.
