When viewing a chart, to search for boxes in that contain a particular string of text, follow these steps:
Click the Search icon.
Clicking the Search icon opens the Search toolbar at the top of the chart. To search for a string of text, type it into the Search toolbar. All boxes that contain that string are then highlighted.
To close the Search toolbar, click the Close icon.
