From time to time it may be necessary to edit a transaction that has already been recorded in GEMS, this may be the result of an error that needs correcting or perhaps because further information now needs to be recorded.
Edit Existing Security Transactions via the Dedicated Screen.
1. Security Transaction amendments may be edited via the dedicated Shareholder/Stockholder Summary screen. Click the View More Details button on the entity Snapshot.
2. Select the Shareholder/Stockholder Summary screen.
3. The required Shareholder/Stockholder Transaction can be accessed by clicking the Transactions button to the right of the relevant Registered Holder.
4. The relevant transaction may then be edited by selecting the Edit icon.
Edit Existing Security Transactions via the Dedicated Panel on the Snapshot.
1. Security Transactions may be edited via the dedicated Shareholder/Stockholder Panel on the Snapshot. This can be accessed by selecting the Yellow Folder icon on the Snapshot panel.
2. Then select the ellipsis icon for the relevant amendment and Edit option.
