Add a Client Name to the GEMS Interface

Adding a client name can be an important part of the personalisation available on GEMS. Once a client name has been added emails sent from GEMS will then feature the client name so that it is relatable to users.

See the below image as an example of the tracking email sent out to users with the client name highlighted in the red box so that users are aware of the client name the email relates to.

Complete the following instructions to add a client name to the GEMS interface.

Navigate to Admin > GEMS Settings > System Management.

Click the Edit button.

On the Edit screen, type the client name into the Client Name textbox.

To save the updated client name click Save.
