Using the Add Entity Wizard or Clone Entity Wizard a Submitter can add a new entity to the system.
If an approvals workflow has been configured for new entities, and the new entity that has been added by the user meets the criteria set up in that configuration, the new entity will go through the approvals process as a Change Request and will require approval before going live in the system.
The approvals information message will be displayed once the Company Basics data screen is reached, to illustrate this entity will be undergoing an approvals process.
