The Contract Snapshot provides a summary page of the most important details of the contract that has been set up. The Snapshot will be displayed by default when you open the contract.
Snapshot Panels
The Contract Snapshot displays the panels that were configured for your User Role and the Contract type β the default Contract Snapshot may contain the Basics panel only. Administrators can change the layout of the Contracts Snapshot.
Please note: If you set up a Snapshot Panel, information is displayed in it based on which fields the associated search contains. Fields from the Basics section of the contract contain details even if the contract is not current or confirmed. Fields from other sections contain details only if the contract is both current and confirmed.
