Orders Hub Overview

Introduction

The GEMS Orders Hub provides a centralized location where users can efficiently place service orders and track these online through GEMS.

All clients can use the Get in touch feature to contact our teams regarding entity management service (Managed Services and Registered Agent) related requests or inquiries.

Clients signed up for Global Entity Management as a Service (Global Managed Services) also get full access to corporate change service details including what’s included, implementation timescale, information required, and price with the ability to submit orders for these via GEMS.

Please note: The Registered Agent button Get in touch will contact the Computershare Governance Services Registered Agent team, whereas the Managed Services Get in touch button goes to our Global Managed Services team so please be sure to select the correct service panel first.

The Orders Hub

The Orders Hub can be accessed directly from the GEMS home screen. From here, users can request new orders and view existing Orders.
