To request the Incorporation/Registration of a New Entity, click the relevant service within the Managed Services section of the Orders Hub.
To prepare for the Incorporation/Registration of a new Entity, the requestor may enter the Jurisdiction from a dropdown or choose “Jurisdiction is not listed."
Click on the checkbox next to "Jurisdiction is not listed" will activate the free form text box allowing the user to add a new jurisdiction or add that a jurisdiction is unknown.
Please note: This jurisdiction is not added to the Lookup List and must be added separately.
Click Next to Continue.
Next, the screen will update to include the "Entity Type" field.
Again, an entity type can be chosen from the dropdown menu, or a new entity type added to GEMS by clicking on the “Entity Type not listed” checkbox.
Please note: This entity type is not added to the Lookup List and must be separated.
The name of the new entity, any additional information, and documents necessary for the service can then be added before selecting the Submit Order button.
