Please note: The Approvals Process should not be implemented until all GEMS users (particularly approvers) involved in the process have a good understanding of how to perform their assigned tasks as part of Approvals.
Enabling Approval Workflow on Existing entities will prevent your user community from seeing changes logged until approved and may lead to confusion if users have not been properly notified and presented the process changes.
The Approvals Module will be live once a workflow has been set up and set to Active (This is an Admin only function).
