Approval workflows contain between 3-4 configurable steps (determined by the entity details selected)
When setting up a new Approval Workflow it is important to be descriptive with the workflow name and description for future reference and ease of review
Given the importance surrounding control of the information added to GEMS, configurable approval workflows make it possible to nominate Users within GEMS to act as approvers before new entities go live within the database.
