If you are an updater or verifier for a legal entity, you can view verification-related Snapshots for the entity for every Verification Phase in which the entity is included. To do this, do the following:
Open the Snapshot of the legal entity.
From the “Verification” drop-down list located under the entity name, select the audit you want to view.
Please note: The “Verification” drop down list is visible only if you, the logged in user, are included in any Internal Contact Type that is associated with a current Verification Phase in which the entity is included. You will also be able to view the drop-down list if you are in the reserved “Approver” or reserved “Updater” Internal Contact Types.
This opens the entity Snapshot associated with the selected audit. Depending on how the Verification Phase has been set up, you could see a special verification Snapshot, or you could see your normal user role Snapshot with the addition of verification functionality. However, the Personalization icon will not be available. The Personalization icon will be displayed again once you select “Standard View” from the “Verifications” drop-down list to close the verification phase and return to the entity snapshot.
The verification status of the entity in the audit is displayed as a color symbol next to the verification name.
To close the verification Snapshot, select “Standard View” from the “Verifications” drop-down list.
You are returned to the default entity Snapshot that you were viewing earlier. You can now select a different Verification Phase to view the associated Snapshot for the entity.
