Updaters and Verifiers can view the verification status of legal entities as follows:
Look for the Companies panel on a Homepage Tab. If no Homepage Tab contains the Companies panel, then navigate to the Homepage Tab on which you would like the panel to appear, click the User Profile icon, then click on My Page Settings to open the Panel Catalog. From the Panel catalogue, add the Companies panel to the Homepage Tab.
Use the My Verifications tab on the Companies panel to see the color-coded verification status of legal entities in a current, active verification phase and for which the logged in user is part of an Internal Contact Type that is selected as the “Verification Updater” or “Verification Verifier” for the Verification Phase.
| AMBER - Not yet marked Ready for Verification in this audit |
| GREY - Has been marked Ready for Verification in this audit |
| RED - Has failed Verification in this audit (or a past audit depending on the system options) |
| GREEN - Has passed Verification in this audit |
Please note: To view all companies for which the logged in user is part of a current Internal Contact Type, regardless of whether they are in a verification phase or not, see the My Companies tab.
