To view, edit, and delete custom screens, do the following:
Navigate to Admin > GEMS Administration > Navigation Menu Manager.
In the Menu Management menu, click on the entity type related to the custom screen you want to work with.
Ensure that the ‘Add/ Edit Custom screen’ is selected in the drop-down list and click the Go button.
The Custom Screen Search window is displayed with a list of all existing custom screens.
To edit a custom screen, click the Edit icon next to the name of the screen. Follow the same process as used in the ‘Creating Custom Screens’ section to edit the custom screen.
To delete a custom screen, select the checkbox next to the screen, ensure ‘Delete’ is selected in the drop-down menu, and click the Go button. All data contained within the custom fields on the screen is also deleted.
Removing Custom Screens from a Navigation Menu
To remove a custom screen from a navigation menu, do the following:
Navigate to Admin > GEMS Administration > Navigation Menu Manager.
Click on the Magnifying Glass icon next to the navigation menu.
Locate the custom screen you want to remove from the menu and click the Delete button next to it.
A popup window is displayed asking if you wish to remove the custom screen from any of the other navigation menus in which it appears. If you wish to do so, select the additional checkboxes next to the relevant menus.
Click the Submit button.
