Change the Home Hub Tiles Searches (Admin Only)

A guide to modifying the searches behind the Find a Business Entity/Company, Find a Person, Find a Report, and Find a Document tiles.

When GEMS users access the Find a Business Entity/Company, Find a Person, Find a Report, and Find a Document tiles on the Home Hub, GEMS employs a Saved Search to determine which columns appear in the final results and if any filters should be automatically applied. The Saved Search behind each tile can be changed by Administrator Users.

To modify the Saved Search behind a Home Hub tile, first navigate to Admin> GEMS Settings> System Management.

Then under Options select Hub Tile Searches and click Edit.

In the drop-down for the Hub Tile you want to modify, click the Lookup List Icon to display a list of Saved Searches. Select your Saved Search from the list and click Save.
