Export a Charting Comparison Report

The Comparison Report interface allows users to compare two projects and view changes in data between one date and another, including added, removed, and new entities.

To create a Comparison Report, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Charting Hub and click on the Chart Reports tile.

  2. from the Report field dropdown, select the report type of Comparison.

  3. In the Chart Business Entity field, enter the information for the entity for which the comparison report will be made.

  4. Enter the dates of the chart to be compared in the Compare Date From and Compare Date To fields.

  5. Click More Options to adjust or select other fields if needed.

  6. Click Create Report.

A report will be generated and downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet, showing entities added, removed, or with changed ownership status between the specified Compare Date From and Compare Date To fields. Different changes will be detailed in the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet.
