Customize Audit Trail Data Capture (Admin Only)

Decide what data you would like to capture in the audit trail

The Audit Trail is a detailed chronological record that tracks the activities of Users in the system. The audit trail is crucial for accountability, security and compliance.

It can be accessed by Users with an Admin User Role.

Admin Users can select the specific sections of data to be captured by the audit trail.

To find the Audit Trail Sections click on the Admin hub > GEMs Settings > System Management.

In the Menu select Audit Trail Sections. There are four sections you can edit to help customize the data captured by GEMs. They are:

  • General

  • Company Management

  • People Management

  • Non Affiliate Management

When in the relevant section, click Edit, then tick or untick the boxes next the description of the data you can choose to collect. If ticked then you are choosing to capture that data. Once selection is complete, click Save.
