How to Find and Update an Entity's Addresses

A guide to locating and editing an entity's addresses in GEMS

Introduction

Business Entities/Companies, Persons, and Non-Affiliates in GEMS can have Addresses associated with their record. These Addresses are stored on the entity's Addresses Screen. To find and update an address, follow the steps below.

Finding an Address for an Entity

To open an entity's Addresses Screen, navigate to the entity's Snapshot and click View More Details.

On the Navigation Menu that appears, click Addresses.

Any existing Addresses for the entity will be displayed in the Search Results panel.

Adding a New Address for an Entity

To add a new Address for an entity, follow the steps above to navigate to the Addresses Screen, then click New Address.

On the subsequent page, fill in the necessary fields and click Save.

Editing an Existing Address for an Entity

To edit or update an existing Address for an entity, navigate to the Addresses Screen by following the steps above, then click the Edit icon next to the Address that needs to be updated.

Make the necessary changes and click Save.
