Register of Members

This formal register holds a record of the individuals who own the company and the details of the shares they hold.

Click on the Search hub and select Reporting- All from the dropdown.

Type "Register of Members" in the value field and press Search

Select the correct "description" of the register you are searching for.

A Register of Members Template will be launched. Click Next.

In the search field highlighted below, type the name of the company and click Search.

To select multiple companies click the box next to each company and then click Select Checked to move across to the Selected Company box. Click remove next to a company to remove a selection. Click Next to move onto the next step.

Edit the relevant fields to customise if required. Click Next to move to the next step.

Tick the boxes next to the "Available Sections" to select the information to be included in the report, then click Select.

To remove sections click Remove next to the selections in the "Selected Sections" box.

To choose the information to order the report by select the fields to be included from the "available fields" box and click Select to move across to the "Order Report By" box. Once completed click Next.

Select the format the report will created in e.g Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) by clicking in the circle next to the format of choice and click Launch Report.
