The SH01 form can be used to give notice of shares allotted following incorporation.
There is an Activity Workflow that is set up in GEMS which causes an Activity record SH01 form to be automatically created once a transaction happens on the following Screens:
Stock Transaction Bonus Issue (IE/UK)
Stock Transaction Rights Issue (IE/UK)
Scrip Dividend
Allotment
Once the transaction has been carried out in GEMS, open the Activity from the Notifications area or your Compliance Tracker.
Click Generate.
The SH01 Filing Module will launch in a pop up, click Validate to check your data is correct and if the "Status" is "Valid" then click Submit to file your SH01 Form.
