The SH01 form can be used to give notice of shares allotted following incorporation.
There is an activity work flow that is set up in GEMs which if active then the SH01 form is automatically created once a transaction happens in the following transaction screens:
Stock Transaction Bonus Issue (IE/UK)
Stock Transaction Rights Issue (IE/UK)
Scrip Dividend
Allotment
Once the transaction has been carried out in GEMs, a Compliance Tracker- New Activities pop up will appear. Click Generate.
The SH01 Filing Module will launch in a pop up, click Validate to check your data is correct and if the "Status" is "Valid" then click Submit to file your SH01 Form.
