The Companies House data comparison tool can be used to compare GEMS data against the regulator.
1. Navigate to the Entity Snapshot, click MENU> Live Companies House Data Compare.
2. Click Compare. The comparison report will download as a spreadsheet to the Users computer.
Audit trail record
If a download of data is successfully received from Companies House, an Audit Trail entry will be created. You can view the Audit trail entry via the normal way of accessing the audit trail (see Audit Trail article).
