A GEMS AI Insights Agent is an intelligent assistant that provides in-depth analysis of your entities within seconds. With an Insights Agent, you can work smarter, reduce risk, and strengthen entity management across your entire portfolio.
In contrast to GEMS AI Analyze, where you manually guide GEMS AI by entering your own prompts, an Insights Agent runs a series of defined tasks and analyses on Saved Search and Snapshot data on your behalf.
You can use an Insights Agent to:
quickly identify patterns and gaps across your data
flag potential compliance issues and risks
reduce manual review of records
let your team focus on high-value strategic work
Insights Agents can be run and created through the new Agents icon within the GEMS AI Assistant.
Three Insights Agents are included in GEMS to help identify risks for a company, provide a timeline of events for a company, and to identify companies with red flag issues. Additionally, you can create your own Insights Agent based on instructions that meet your organization's needs.
Please note: If an Insights Agent is labeled with Snapshot, you must open an entity Snapshot prior to running it.
