Introduction
A GEMS AI Insights Agent is an intelligent assistant that provides in-depth analysis of your entities within seconds. An Insights Agent runs a series of defined tasks and analyses on data from Saved Searches and Snapshots on your behalf. With an Insights Agent, you can:
quickly identify patterns and gaps across your data
flag potential compliance issues and risks
reduce manual review of records
Access the Agents panel
Each Insights Agent can be found in the Agents panel. The Agents panel is accessed through the GEMS AI Assistant.
1. From anywhere in GEMS, locate and select the GEMS AI icon.
2. The GEMS AI Assistant opens. Click the Agents icon.
The Agents panel opens on the right side of the page.
Explore the Agents panel
Three Insights Agents are always available in the Agents panel: Entity snapshot timeline, Company risk analysis, and Red flag summary. Additionally, you can create your own Insights Agent based on instructions that meet your organization's needs.

1. Default Insights Agents - Three Insights Agents are always available: Entity snapshot timeline, Company risk analysis, and Red flag summary.
2. Created Insights Agents - Insights Agents created by you or other GEMS users appear beneath the three permanent Agents. In this example, Missing Parents and Company Basics Data Verifier have been created by GEMS users.
3. Create Agent button - Click this button to create your own Insights Agent to meet your needs.
